The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation - EU 2016/679) establishes the obligation of safe management and only for specified purposes, of personal data provided to Unicons SRL. This data protection statement applies only to uniconssrl.ro, but not to websites or webpages under the control of third parties, for which Unicons SRL does not assume responsibility for the content or measures regarding the protection of personal data.

Personal data collected Contact form Personal data filled in by site users via the contact form, name - we use for identification, email address - we use for communication. This data is collected on a voluntary basis. This data will not be distributed to a third party.
Google Analytics This site is monitored by Google Analytics so all information about users and their behavior, collected and processed by Google through this service is available to the site administrators and used only for analysis purposes in order to improve the functionality of this site. This data is transmitted involuntarily, when you interact with our website through the browser you use.
Data storage period We store personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes.
Rights of data subjects The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right. Obviously, we will delete all information, except those we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. It is possible that, following the request for deletion of data, Unicon Srl will anonymise this data (thus depriving it of its personal nature) and continue processing for statistical purposes under these conditions.
